Here's how the process goes.

  • Initial Contact

    Email, call or fill in the contact form to let me know you're interested in a new voice actor website or you need adjustments to an existing website. I will send you an email in response that may include a link to my online calendar. There you can schedule a consultation appointment on a day and time that works for you.

  • Conversation

    Here's where I learn about your needs and wants. I'll ask you about your business and get to know you a bit. I'll offer my thoughts of what I think would be best next-steps. I take a lot of notes during this conversation. This gives me some direction for next steps.

  • Plan and Proposal

    After our conversation, I put my brain to work and figure out the best plan of action all based off our conversation. I write out the plan and the pricing. You'll receive this as a PDF document in email. I like to give you a few days to read it and ponder the possibilities. Then we can converse over email or phone if you have any questions, and if you're ready to move ahead.

  • Plan Approved

    Once you give me your approval for the plan and you're ready to move ahead, I draw up a contract which contains the agreed-upon plans. You will receive a link to the contract in email from a secure website. You electronically sign and initial the document. Then I sign. We each get a copy to download for our records. Onward!

  • All About You

    Now we ask more detailed questions and I may even send you a survey to gather those details. Everything from branding, copy, favorite colors, preferred design style, and more are covered. Our goal is to make your website an extension of you!

  • Design, Create & Brainy Stuff

    Now we kick into high gear designing which may include branding and custom page design. If copy writing has been requested, you will be spending a good amount of time with our writer. Then everything gets put together in development stage. That's the brainy stuff.

  • Tell Us What You Think

    Once we have the majority of the website pulled together, we'll have you take a look at it and we can talk about any questions or adjustments you may want. We're usually pretty on-target at this point because we've communicated with you so well during all the planning phases.

  • And We're Live!

    Upon completion of everything we make your website live on the web. We call this a soft launch as we don't want to officially announce it until we're sure the bugs are worked out. After that... tell all your clients, agents, friends!

We take you by the hand, so to speak, and lead you through the process.

We invoice 50% of the entire, agreed-upon project price to get started. After the completion of what we call "deliverables" – branding, page design, and copy writing – we invoice 25% of the total project price, and then upon completion of the entire website project we invoice the final 25%. Pretty standard stuff.
