Linkedin, as with other social media platforms, changes their tools and options periodically. I have to say, though, that this feature may have been around for a while and I just didn’t notice. But check this out.
If you need a quick Resume to send off to someone as a PDF, or even to print out, Linkedin makes it a snap.
Easy Step-by-Step
Log into Linkedin and go to your Profile page. Notice the little down arrow next to the button “View profile as.”
Click that down arrow to view the options menu. Select the option that says “Save to PDF.”
You will then be prompted to save the new PDF to your computer. Navigate to where you want to place the new file and save it there.
Now you can open your new PDF and see what Linkedin did! It does a super nice job of printing out your name and email, your summary, work experience, volunteer positions, organizations you belong to and anything else that you added to your Linkedin Profile.
Awesome tip! Being able to eport LinkedIn profile to PDF is soo useful. Thanks for sharing.
